Horrible! Don't waste your time. Front staff never answers their phone. if you leave a message they don't call you back. You can call alll day they don't pick up! The reception girl is so unprofessional.

Horrible, don't trust what they say. My husband was told his out of pocket expense for a procedure would be $400. which he paid. Then 9 months later, he received a bill from them for an additional $1200. after numerous phone calls to both the dental office and his insurance, he found out that Aspen Dental never confirmed the procedure with his dental plan via the insurance and he is now responsible for the entire amount.

My husband went in with a toothache and walked out with a toothache. Xrays taken, discussion centered around thousands of dollars to do everything BUT treat the painful tooth. They said the tooth would need to be pulled and that they would call him to set up an appointment. No call ever came. My husband called multiple times and left messages, the only option. For a SIMPLE CLEANING, my family member has been cancelled 3 times now with the excuse of "we lost a dental hygienist". His appointment was suppose to originally be August and rescheduled multiple other times and now is looking at MARCH!!! Soooo ridiculous for something so basic.

my first appointment ive been having tooth pain and it's hard to eat. I get a phone call saying the dr didn't show up today which today is Thursday so we got to reschedule ok. If you are looking for professionally-run dental practice, you should steer clear of Aspen Dental in Berlin, Maryland. For one, they do not perform a cleaning on an initial appointment. I have never been to a dentist who schedules examinations and cleanings on different visits. To me, this practice screams "we are milking your insurance company." Wish I could give zero stars!! Did not mention they rescheduled my emergency appointment for a broken tooth. I also called multiple times and left voicemails and got no return call. It took me going there to my appt for them to say o it's been rescheduled and we have no idea why. Glad I took time out of the one vacation I get a year!! After I saw I couldn't trust them to alert me to a changed appt, I of course told them to cancel the one random one they made without my permission. Would never recommend!! Don't go here!!

I have called the Berlin office everyday this week, I have left messages and I never get a returned call. I paid $5000.00 for dentures with the 7 year warrant. I got my permanent dentures in Oct 2022. I've been back for adjustments. My lower dentures have been rubbing on my gum and leaves it bleeding. I'm very unhappy with the fro t office staff that never answers the phone or returns calls, very unprofessionAl, to say the least. What are my options??

Unprofessional, over priced, and seems like no one knows how to do there job in the entire office. Been there a few times and am not going back
