I would not recommend this place at all! I went there for a consultation and agreed on a plan and then when I called back to verify everything and schedule it they had a whole different plan on paper and nothing about what we agreed on. So I went in AGAIN for a second consult and finally agreed to remove all 20 t of my top teeth and one on the bottom. We agreed to temporary denture on the top than a permanent 6 months after. Horrible customer service. Two appointments cancelled due to over booking. Show up today for an appointment and was told again they were overbooked and could reschedule me in August!

Aspen dental told me i had TEN CAVITIES. I have always had pretty normal dental health,a filling here and there. I was appalled and mortified that i could have ten cavities. After going for a second opinion i was told i have ZERO cavities and my teeth look great. Furthermore, having shared this with other people i have found two others who have been told they had ten or more cavities at aspen dental. BEWARE!!!!
Most horrible experience. This is a dental mill plain and simple. They lied about my insurance to get me through the door for an emergency and told me if my insurance was not accepted they wouldn’t charge me for the initial visit. This was a lie. Then when I had to come back the next day for the two extractions they told me after I paid for them that they would only be doing one. RecommendedJim Goslee I had mad an appointment to get new dentures, because mine had broke in half, While I was being seen Diane took my broken denture repaired it at no cost to me. This was my first visit with Aspen, we will be taking our family there from now on

RecommendedMy sister went to the Aspen Dental in Berlin, Md. today to try and make an appointment to get a tooth pulled. The receptionist from HELL was on duty. Was very nasty. Maybe she will be blessed with a toothache. 🙄😡🤬😠

This office is ridiculous. Not only did they not call us back with a price of a procedure we had to call them multiple times but when My husband finally shows up for his visit today (after many conversations on the phone since his previous visit) they then want to inform him that he owes a balance from the last visit. God forbid we didn’t have that he wouldn’t have been able get seen today. 🤬
