Horrible. I never felt comfortable here and ended Jo not returning because every time I tried to schedule my 6 month checkup they were booked. Also, the dentist missed a bunch of problems with my teeth that another dentist caught and unfortunately I had to lose a tooth because this dentist failed to do take care of it saying I had no cavities..are you kidding me?? Thanks ! Do not go here horrible dentist very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Aspen Dental has a practice of requiring payment up front so you pay in advance of any services. However, trying to get a refund is difficult. They are quick to take the payment, but lax in making the refund. Supposedly, they only do it once a month for refunds, which is totally unacceptable. It also took numerous calls before I was able to get through as no one called back from the messages I left.

Called about a simple extraction of an upper bicuspid that was already loose and needed to be extracted. Asked what they charge for this service and the receptionist said that they couldn't give an exact price without seeing me first (understandable), but that "it would be at least $1,000.00 for an extraction". I questioned this exorbitant price, and asked if she would check with someone else at the practice, since simple extractions are usually $100 - $200 at most dental offices. My husband and I were patients between both of us we spent about 5000 dollars getting teeth done. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago but was in the hospital, I called and canceled the night before my appointment because of hospital. I just called to make an appointment and they were extremely hostile saying that I had to pay for my final treatment. Before they did the final work I ave already given them 2000 dollars. This is the absolute worst experience from a patient's perspective I have EVERY Had. Went here in beginning of March 2021 for annual check up and cleaning. My check up was finished and I was awaiting my cleaning and polishing. They sat me in a room for 30 minutes until they told me to come out and speak to the office manager. If I can give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience and would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Absolutely poor service to their patients and incredibly unprofessional. Just save your time, money, and effort and go somewhere else.

We recently moved to this area and I just went there today to start things with this dentist and it was a complete disaster. I agree with the review I just saw. The young person upfront is terrible and completely incompetent. I told her months ago when I made the appointment to send me the forms so I could get the records sent to her. She never did anything about it so when I was brought in the first thing they wanted was x-rays. I told the person I had x-rays 8 months. Will not recommend at all. Completely unprofessional, rude and unbelievable.. The worst experience ever waiting 2h in car to get called in.. Will not gave this one star but i cant post review without it that is why they get that one star
