Had a root canal and a temporary cap on for about 4 days now and my mouth still hurts. Not sure if things were done wrong but it shouldn't hurt this bad for this long.

I went to Aspen Dentil (Canandaigua) with tooth pain on a bottom molar. Was told to come in early as bring ID. I was there when requested, but there was no one there to greet me, no bell to ring. I could hear laughter in the back, so I waited. Another staff member came in to work, said they would be out and asked me to have a seat. A few minutes later the receptionist came to the desk. Dr Kashi and the entire staff there are great. Maybe me very comfortable when I went to have a tooth pulled. Been to other dentist before but never felt so relaxed as I did there

So much for no hassle, no judgement dentistry! I was given trouble about my insurance, which the company does accept. Then was given trouble about not wanting to sign a statement giving Aspen Dental unfettered access to my prescription history. They tried to explain that it was necessary for the doctor to provide prescriptions. False. I am still waiting for them to contact me and my family for our "treatment plan" and following appointments and prices. We had our initial appointment Thursday morning and still no-contact...for appointments. I found the staff were helpful but I am not used to leaving a provider not knowing when, how, how much, and knowing the next course of treatment for me and my child. They didn't have the right insurance information when I arrived for my appointment with my son. I hope things get better....we need some services....

Very upset. Didn't honor price guarantee - girl just gave a srug and said I signed for it. Meanwhile I have proof the the signed agreement. She said I needed to take it up with my insurance company. Called them - they had asked for information on my claim prior to the appts. all of sudden I got a bill for an additional $865 plus roughly $517 for 3 appts. and insurance covered $471. It states on the website no hidden surprises, sorry but an extra $865 is def a hidden surprise.

I have been with Aspen Dental for awhile now and for the most part I'm very happy with the care I receive from them. But on my recent visit my clean went well but I waited 45 minutes to see the dentist and it made me late for another appointment. Like I said I have been going there for awhile now and since tis new dentist took over they are not organized! I went to Aspen with a slight emergency: the crown on my dental implant was loose. They took xrays, and then looked in my mouth with a mirror and said I had to go see a periodontist and while I was there would I like a scaling procedure done. I was totally underwhelmed with both dentists who saw me, it seemed like neither of them had any knowledge of crowns or implants, they didn't even touch the tooth!
