I really to have my tooth taken care of that day and did was set up some plan that needed to be done. That's great but I still have a bad tooth that still hurts and should been pulled that . so I guess I will have to go some where else. It was a wasted day and a day lost from work.

I think at an office if you know an appointment is running more than 20 minutes over you should tell someone I was 40 minutes waiting. The receptionist kept putting calls on speaker phone regarding verifying insurances. They need a serious review of Hipaa. We could hear everything. I am deciding whether to continue on
Nothing like having a receptionist at the Dentist Office go off on you because you state that you'd rather not be at the dentists. I'm entitled to express how I'm feeling about the terrible job they're doing. The staff is VERY unprofessional if they have to be mean to patients who are honest with them.They have had to redo my root canal 3 times, gave me mouth ulcers because of their rough handling and now the dentist that does root canals is out of the country and can't help me until April so I'm in all this pain and so yeah... read more

The Xray tech was nice. The Dental Assistant was nice. The Dentist was mean he barely said a word and was quite cold in his demeanor. I had a heck of a time with multiple antibiotics to cure my abscesses. I would not go back.
Very disappointed in my appointment and the follow through.
Very unprofessional front desk. The dentist is very unprofessional and barely says anything to you. He also did not do my filling correctly which resulted in going to another dentist who fixed the two minute filling that Aspen dental did (when I say two minutes he didn't even wait for the novocaine to set in) I paid double what I should have for a very simple filling due to their error. They also told me I needed a expensive procedure done which the other dentist said I did not need done. They will try to sell you on more ex... read more
