The people who took over from the other Dr. Are horrible. Giant misdiagnosis that another dentist had to look at. I was told at Aspen that I had stage 3 paradental disease. Went to another dentist and was told nothing is wrong with my teeth and that they wishes everyone had home dental hygiene like mine. Don't walk, run from Aspen to find a real dentist.
Aspen is a scheming office of pseudo professionals looking to get your money. After my wife and I were both told we would need scaling and planing, we consulted other dentists. The fat guy at Aspen (resembled Mario without the facial hair) insisted he wouldn't bother even doing a general cleaning which every other dentist I told couldn't even believe. Fuck you Aspen. I don't even have any cavities.
Been going here since it opened and the service has gone down hill. Last cleaning took over 2 hours then I show up for my scheduled cleaning on Friday 6/27/14 and the office was closed! Just got off the phone with the receptionist asking why they didn't even call me to cancel and she was rude and blaming it on me because she "called and left a message canceling the appointment myself". She didn't even call the correct phone number! My phone number hasn't changed in years! This place has made THOUSANDS of dollars of my family... read more
