Very nice, courteous, professional, efficient, in and out quickly. But very expensive. But I guess that may not be unusual.

I was impressed. I was told what they were doing step by step and what the plan is for future appointments very professional
I was very impressed with Aspen Dental, for my first visit,(in years) they are very professional I had my x-rays with great news, before I left they had a opening for cleaning, with-in the hours so I had errands to do came back. Got right in 15 m earlier. the Dental Hygienist was great and really fun to talk joke with. Did a wonderful job explaining what she was doing. Over all great experience
It was very professional and my Dental hygienist was fantastic. She was very good and actually made going to the dentist enjoyable. The Dentist were very straight forward and helpful with some difficult decisions I needed to make. Overall a surprisingly great experience from someone who use to hate seeing a dentist

We are new to the area, so this was my first visit to any dentist in Canandaigua. To be honest, I picked this dental office because I knew where it was and how to get there. I couldn't have been more pleased. The entire staff was professional, kind and caring. Best of all..no problems were found in my checkup. Going back tomorrow for the cleaning.
