I went in for my teeth cleaning. Wow.. Courtney was my hygienist and she had updated information for me on how to deter cavities . Very thorough .. and I liked her . Now on a plan for me to keep the teeth I have in great shape and cavity free. This Aspen Dental office is just super great . Yes, I recommend them !
I went to the office in Canton near Belden Village Mall. The dental assistant Bo was outstanding!! he took the time to explain to me what the procedure would be and answered all of my questions. The Doc was also super nice I dont remember her name but she was truly awesome and very personable. After the Doc I saw Michelle in financing- she answered all of my questions and went over what the charges would be. but she was very blunt and direct not really in a good way. I found the dentist and hygienist to be very friendly and competent. The hygienist recommended a waterpik since with my large hands I can’t floss my back teeth, instead of lecturing me on the dangers of not flossing which I’ve gotten my whole life. Also being a long time chewing tobacco user, it was nice not to get a sermon with my visit.
The wait time was very short. The office staff was very friendly and personable. They eased my fear/anxiety. The dentist was amazing. She explained everything to me completely in terms I understand. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be going back!! As well as taking my family there.
Very thorough, very courteous and professional. After a cleaning, I am not in pain and Steak and Shake is nearby, so I'm good.
I would recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental needs. I never liked going to the dentist before but with Aspen I felt comfortable and they were very good about explaining things
