Took my 3 year old son for his needed preschool checkup. My son does not do well at doctors AT ALL. Dr. Shach was very patient with him used my son's toy dinosaur to show what the tools did. We got through the visit without it being traumatic for him! Thank u thank u for being so patient and kind.
Very friendly staff and very helpful. I was having a problem, and they were able to get me in on the same day I called as I was leaving town the next day. Even though they squeezed me in. the dentist took his time and explained everything in detail as to my situation. All the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. The only issue is that I was told to come early for an 8:00 AM appointment, but the doors were not open until 8:00. However, not worth a lesser review.
As always the Aspen Dental team makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. My particular dental hygienist is very friendly and makes my visits quick, painless and most times fun. You can't ask for anything better than that. This comes from someone who feared dentists most of my life. Thank you Aspen Dental for a job well done.

The staff at the Cedar Rapids Aspen Dental was very professional and courteous throughout all of my appointments. They made sure I was comfortable and understood every procedure before beginning. I will definitely recommend.
I have been coming to aspen in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for 4 years. They are WONDERFUL people. I enjoy coming there and I love everyone.
Had a teeth cleaning with Mackenzie. She was great! She was mindful of my sensitive teeth when cleaning also very gentle. Plus... that lab tech they have is SMOKIN' HOT! Will recommend and will return!
