My friend was made fun of my Aspen staff this week. Sitting down before her emergency appointment to fix a crown, she heard dental hygienists making fun of her appearance. She was so upset it was difficult for her to even describe what happened. How dare they find humor in the pain of a patient. Reprehensible.
If i could give less then a star i would. I went in because a crown fell off my front tooth. A FRONT tooth. Thinking theyd provide me with at least a temporary fix. But no. What they did provide was the worst and most humiliating experience in my life. Making fun of be behind the door, which i could clearly hear. And i still left with a missing tooth. Needless to say i will be taking my buisness elsewhere.
Since when is it ok to laugh behind a clients back? Keep that crap to yourselves or at least contain your ignorance to the break room...
Initial visit. Everyone one was nice and polite. I came in with terrible tooth pain. Had the check ups. Made another appointment in 6 days. Left with terrible tooth pain. Nothing to assist with this yet. Over the counter doesn't seem to work.
I originally chose Aspen Dental after I called them to make sure they would be able to adjust a night guard that had been made by my old dentist (difference city, hence the need for a new dentist) I was assured they would be able to take care of it and even brought it in for my first evaluation. Again they assured me adjusting it would be no problem when the time came. Finally the time comes and the dentist clearly had no idea how it was supposed to work. Mom went to Aspen to have her top teeth pulled. Aspen was made aware of moms special situations (having been on blood thinners for many years). Mom was sent home with no stitches from where her teeth were pulled and her mouth bled more than it should have, again because of the blood thinners. She was told to come back in and get stitches the same day and did just that. Fast forward to today and she has a follow up ( my mom cant drive due to her recent Epilepsy diagnosis). Still waiting on cost after insurance pay. Visit was over 24 hours. Perhaps they don't want the business, starting to look at another dentist. On September 8th I went to pick up my x-rays and the office is CLOSED.. When I was in there on the 6th of September there was no mention closing early due to construction or even any kind of prep.. I don't believe these lying BASTARDS because if there was going to be construction you put up proper notice well in advance...
