Had a great experience at aspen dental in cedar rapids! The dental Assisstant Amy was extremely nice and awesome! Will definitely stay with aspen!
i went here for a routine cleaning and was told I have three cavities to take care of. scheduled one side of my mouth, got those done September 1st. haven't been able to eat food on that side of my mouth since. i went back four times to get the bite drilled down with no success in removing the pain. they sent me to an Endodontist who said to put a crown on the tooth next to the tooth i have pain in due to a small crack in it. they did a temporary crown and told me not to eat anything sticky or hard for an hour or two. I just left there. I need 3 teeth pulled and a bridge. I'm in extreme pain. they did NOTHING for my pain😥 after yanking my mouth around for x Ray's and photos. Also I didn't have an insurance card so the numbers were roughly $10,000 for me. I cant afford that...and I'm still in pain. I cant morally recommended this place to anyone in serious pain!!

i went in for an emergency appointment after my tooth was broken to the point of the nerve being exposed. they wanted $3,800 for a root canal and crown. and wanted every single bit before they even touched me. i went to seasons family dental next. they casked $680 and accepted a $100 down payment instead of full payment upfront. i will never recommend Aspen to anyone after this experience.

I have gone to Aspen for years, and it keeps getting worse and worse. Today, I go in for a regular check up. I first find out that none of my information was updated 6 months ago when I was here for a cleaning even though I filled out all of the paperwork, and I paid with cash because I opted out of dental insurance with my employer. (No wonder they billed my old insurance 6 months ago even though it was already all paid for out of pocket the day of.) They take advantage of older people by suggesting expensive, unnecessary treatments with out fully explaining the costs. My mom was taken advantage of by the Edgewood Rd location. She has since spoken to other patients who had similar deceptive situations happen to them. Beware before agreeing to any treatments!
very expensive all about money felt like i was pressured to get dentures and that cost 10 thousand dollars

Daughter went there, they told her she needed a root canal on #13. They did not do a pulp vitality testing. Wasn’t #13 that needed a root canal, was #14. Very clear on the X-ray. If she had gone there for the actual root canal it would have been done on a perfectly fine tooth and she would have had to pay double!!!
