I shopped there website checked to see if they took my insurance,according to there they did. Absolutely horrible. After a half hour past my scheduled exam I went up to see how much longer it would be. I was told they were having issues with their X-ray machine all morning but would keep me updated. Another 1/2 hour I got up again and asked to just have my appointment cancelled. The office manager said the machine broke when I walked in how were they suppose to control that. I don’t blame them for the IT issue I disagree with the disregard of my time and to keep me informed. They lie about cost. They told me that the temporary teeth were in the price of the $983. then charged me $810 for something I didn't ask for. Crooks!
Appointment was for 8:30. I didn't get into a room until almost 9 and it was another 15 minutes before I was seen. How does this happen when it's one of the first appointments of the day????

Our family has been going to this branch for about 10 years now. The past few have not been so great. I swear the staff changes every time I am there. It is always something with appointments (from being told my kids’ appts are different than what I was given ( times/dates on reminder card) to different times from the appointment reminder calls). I was told over the phone that I could pay out of pocket $80 for a cleaning and my x-rays would be free. They also gave me 20% off of my cleaning which made it $64. When I got there to the office, my x-rays were free. However they were going to charge me over $1,000 for a cleaning which I was promised would be $64. I explain to them that I was going to opt out of my dental insurance and pay out of pocket so I needed to know for sure. They refused to do just a regular cleaning for the $64. I scheduled with Aspen for replacement dentures advertised at just over $1200. This price was in the section labeled "full dentures". When I sat with the care coordinator, she presented a cost of just over $1600 after insurance. I pointed her to the website, and showed her very clearly what was present. After being unable to determine why it stated that price, we ended the appointment with an agreement she would contact me regarding cost.
