Rude! Rude! Rude! My daughter is 13, we just went this morning for a filling my daughter was a little uneasy about the procedure but she wasn't freaking out she just needed some reassurance that she'd be ok but instead of taking the time to explain things to her Dr. Bates just got up and said " I can't do this " and walked away without saying anything else ! WHAT? Who does that?!! So RUDE!
Nothing irritates me more than poor scheduling habits. The other reviews are correct. You will wait for at least an hour before being seen. I have never been to a dentist like that before. My time is the most valuable resource I have and I will not be wasting it here. If the scheduling is this horrendous then I have zero interest in seeing what the rest of the business has to offer.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went to my first visit and was called back 20 minutes after my appointment time. I mentioned it to the tech who called me back who ignored me. She didn't speak to me other than to tell me to stand in a panorama xray machine located right beside the lobby. That was weird to say the least. She then takes me to a tiny room right beside of the first room and tells me to sit down in a rickety old office chair and proceeds to put together what I assume are third world xray devices and asks me to... read more

Generally favorable experience. On my third visit, I received 3 temporary crowns and made an impression for a new partial. Just before I left, my existing partial didn't now fit, due to the crown work. Dr. Patel actually thought that it would be okay if I went without it until a temporary one could be made! That was unacceptable! I work with the public and the partial included my upper two front teeth! They totally lied to me about my dentures. Their crooked and yellow. I have to use a ton of denture adhesive to hold them in. For $5000 Aspen Dental sucks. Now I have to get enough money together to go somewhere else to get good dentures. Smh
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I got there early (like I was ask to do). I wasn't in the waiting very long when they called me back. After I got in the chair the lady put the bib on me and said "the dentist will be right in". WRONG. It was more than 30 minutes before he (Dr. Patel) came in. I had Two back teeth pulled ,I thought it was 90 dollars cash per tooth,but they charged 403.00 just to pull those two teeth out ,I have to go back because they left half of the tooth still in .We thought it was all out but ins not . Not looking forward to this,but Iam not going to pay any more money for this,he should have gotten it all out like he told me he did . Not happy.
I have never seen a company that is so nasty to customers before. I had a tooth pulled couple months later the bone where the tooth was pulled is now sticking out of my gum touching my tongue and they want me to wait two weeks before I could come in to be seen.
