stop ripping patients off is a good beginning! You can tell I have had a costly bad experience at the eastgate office. Don't go there!

Make an appointment for a cleaning and get there and all they want to do is a large amount of x rays and the dentist tells you yes you need a cleaning and make another appointment to actually do a cleaning and I have small children and now I have to get a babysitter again to go back
I made my initial appointment for Monday, July 23, 2018. A staff member called me to change my appointment to Wednesday of the same week at 6:30. I got a call Wednesday morning from your office asking me if I wanted to change my appointment to 4:30 because an opening came up. I accepted the 4:30 time and showed up at 4:10. Horrible experience in every capacity! The dental assistant was inept, taking multiple x-rays of my teeth without using a protective vest...they couldn't take a proper x-ray and took between 15-24 x-rays in the middle of a root canal. The dentist's "bedside manner" was about as friendly as a punch in the face. To top it all off, the guy did a root canal on the wrong tooth! Trying to report me to collections over 10 bucks because I went for a cleaning and after 2 hours they took me they couldn't do the cleaning today and I should get my wisdom teeth removed. Absolute joke and I'm off to other places to make your life hell over 10 bucks

Paid for services up front such as teeth cleaning and getting one filling. I did not get the filling and was still charged an additional 39.00 after my insurance paid. Vey poor service and wait time is approximately an hour from the appointment time. I will not go there again or recommend the poor service!
I paid $55.00 to have the dentist, ( Dr. McQueen ) tell me he couldn't do anything for me. Aspen, you're a farce! If this so called " dentist " can't do his job, he shouldn't be there. This has been posted on social media. People need to know about Aspen.
The staff were polite. Doctor was in and out fast no bedside. Overpriced.

Waited an hour and a half to see a dentist today, still no answer as to when her be seen. We gave up and left. Customers time is valuable too! I'm getting my xrays and going somewhere else. I've never heard of not cleaning your teeth with a visit, they made me schedule that separately from xrays/exams. Go elsewhere!
