Needed treatments for gum disease,an extraction, and upper/lower partials by December when dental insurance expired. Agreed on price with insurance $2600. Got gum treatment, extraction, and an ill fitting TEMPORARY, Dr. broke wire on temp trying to adjust. Money was depleted and no partials, am stuck with poor fitting flipper and charges $135 for electric tooth brush,$30 for toothpaste $30 mouth wash that depleted money. Got to my 530 pm scheduled appointment at 520 pm. Was taken back quickly and sat in the chair until 640 pm without seeing the dentist. I never received any update or apologizes of him being late. I looked behind me and a young lady was eating in the patient care area while another was SnapChatting a guy who sent her yellow flowers. I went to walk out and the checkout lady was eating as I began talking. She apologized and tried to reschedule but I refused. I had an appointment this past Thursday. I signed in and marked in the box my insurance has changed. After sitting in the waiting room for a little over 40 mins after my scheduled time, nobody took my new insurance card up front. Go to the back and see the doctor. I was told last year I need a crown done. Been in Invisalign treament so had to wait, now that I have 7 weeks left to get this done before retainers I was told I need a veener instead. I came in for a tooth that desperately needed pulled. All they were focused on were dentures. They could care less about the pain and the fact that i needed the tooth pulled. A wasted day, and a wasted appointment. Not too mention their astronomical prices...OH HELL NO!!!! So here i sit still in pain with my loose tooth and having to make another appointment with SOMEONE else or yank the dang thing myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This place is a joke! worst dental visit I've ever had in my 42 years of living. my kids will not be back. I'll find some else.
This place is absolutely terrible. Worst dental office I have ever been to. Had to wait several weeks to get an appointment at a time that fit my work schedule. Waited over an hour, just to be given about 30 different x rays and be told that I had to make a separate appointment to get my teeth cleaned. The office is not sanitary at all. Someone else's blood was on the x ray apron and the technician used her bare hands to pick up guaze out of a drawer and put it in my mouth. Don't waste your time with this place!!!
Fast callback for my xrays, took lots of them! Then saw hygienist who just did gum measurements. Then I waited about an hour for dentist. He looked at the 2 teeth that were bothering me and sent me to billing. He never went over my xrays or looked at my other teeth. I felt like I was just a number who didn’t really matter! I needed 2 teeth pulled, they really hurt, but they said it would be about 1 - 2 weeks, unless there was a cancellation, because he was really busy!! WTH, I found another dentist. Other teeth.
