I am starting out with a good review for The Staff at Aspen Dental in Eastgate. I have just begun my treatment so this was my initial visit. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the way they made me feel at ease. The only negative thing that i would have to say is my appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn't taken back until 4:15 then it was another 30mins before the doc came in. My husband's treatment (One tooth pulled, in preparation for a partial plate) over Six month now, he's STILL waiting to be fitted for the partial plate, because ASPEN has called and canceled & rescheduled THREE times now... all while expecting us to pay on a service he has yet to receive!! If WE were to call & cancel three times...They would tell us to find a new dentist. We are beyond frustrated!! And they act so blasé about it. Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for our "appointment ". Tried to make a giant deal out of repairing a cracked denture. Left my husband sitting in the back room and took x-rays of a man who has NO TEETH! Unbelievable, unprofessional just a chop shop. We just walked out and didn't say a word. Never again, obviously
