😢When I went to Aspen, I was complaining of a severe tooth pain. I inquired about dentures, and was told they woulkd cost over $11,000, a far cry different from the $799 advertised on the TV commercials. The $19 on the signage on the entrance, was closer to $300. I felt like they were attempting to take advantage of my pain. After my tooth was extracted, I began having almost immediate pain in another tooth, like they had done something to make me have to come back, the same way a mechanic messes with a car. Don't waste your time going here! Not only is the price outrageous but Crystal and Dr John were absolutely horrible. Both very rude and it is very clear that they do not give a care about anybody but themselves. Sadly they are in the wrong field. After my xrays were reviewed I was advised that somebody would be right in to go over my treatment plan.... and I was forgot about for over an hour, luckily someone came to clean the room and was able to remind staff I was there. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Don’t wast your time at aspen dental. They don’t know how to answer a phone if someone has an emergency, then we get in the car and go there and after we get there they refuse to see us, they refused someone in pain because of the work THEY DID and it very well could be infected. The reason they couldn’t see her is because they weren’t able to type on their computers. Most sorry reason they could have came up with. Lazy people and all they want is your money and then wish you well. (WORST PLACE EVER)
they won't see you if you have a dental emergency even though they do the work.
my mom had her bottom teeth pulled there acouple weeks ago and ain't had nothing but trouble out of them....she went this morning because she has a big knot and infection on here bottom gum and they wouldn't even see her....that's pretty sorry not to even see their patient they worked on that's hurting....we will be contacting local news and media....
RecommendedMy experience at Aspen Dental in Cleveland Tn. Was great! The staff I saw today Dr.Pak, the hygienist Mishal, dental assistant Crystal, were all amazing! I want to thank all of them for such friendly service. I would like to say a special thank you to Victoria in the front office, she went above her job duties today to help me with an issue I was facing. She will never know how much her kindness meant to me. I will always remember her thoughtfulness. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Cleveland.
They have a Different Dr. now, he's awesome!! They are more organized and extremely helpful. I had a ton of procedures that needed to be tended to at a speedy time due to my lack of availability to miss work and it was all accomplished in 2hrs. I give this office a 10+.
I’m a 57 year old woman that hadn’t been to the dentist in years,I’ve always put my family first with everything,I decided it was time to take care of me... I worked up the nerves to make a appointment with Aspen Dental! From the time I walked in the door, I felt nothing but comfortable!! From the dental hygienists Mishal,Dr.Pak and the office manager Natalie,Thank you’ll for making my experience a wonderful one and putting together a plan for my dental health!! God bless you all😃🙏🏽
I can only relay my experiences at this Dental Office...and they have been great! Dr. Nina, Dental Hygienists,Assistants and Office staff have been wonderful, caring , and professional. They discuss and explain options and respect your decisions... I would definitely recommend them.
