So first off the people are nice but I was lied to about how much my payments was going to be which was supposed to be 75 month but is 116 but they said must have been a misunderstanding in which we set down and descused for 30min how important it was then charged me 138$ for a toothbrush in which I only have 9 teeth now hid in break down. I had a 945 appointment and waited over a hour without being seen. People came in well after I checked in were seen before me. I am giving them a 2 only because the receptionist was very kind. I finally walked out. Proud veteran
Do not go to Aspen Dental Clinic I had an appointment at 11:15 AM and did not see the Dentist until 12:50 pm. I wait an hour then went to front desk and ask why so long and the girl told me they had two other people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to take x-rays. Then when I told the dentist about it he ask the girl and she said it took me too long to fill the paperwork out so they let the patient that had an appoint after me go before me. I went in there on Friday and waited an hour after my appointment time before they even called me back. Took 30 minutes to get x-rays done, waited another 15 minutes after x-rays for the dentist to come back, poke around my teeth and then tell me I had to reschedule for the cleaning. 2 hours later and still no cleaning done. I walked out and I don't plan on going back.
Do NOT go to Aspen Dental, I took my boyfriend there to get his wisdom teeth taken out (two months ago). The whole time we both felt like they were in a hurry, and they were extremely manipulative and pushy. Today, he spits out the fourth piece of tooth that slowly pushed itself out from the incision sight. They obviously shattered a wisdom while pulling and didn't bother to get all the pieces out. They will find one way or another to scam you out of more and more money. Check their BBB reports before giving them a penny. They prey on working class people and put them in "affordable" payment plans for work they don't need.
