#stopaspendental This is the great work received at your Cleveland, TN office. Not to mention all my fillings need replaced because of air bubbles in them. They refuse to communicate with my current insurance provider & give them my x-rays I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!
I had my first appointment on 10/17. After x rays I was seated waiting on whoever was coming in next. I sat there for 10 minutes and I hear an office associate calling another Aspen office to warn them about a Facebook post in a group called “Stop Aspen Dental Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/317683052292495/)” and that someone had posted a review of their office after coming in for an interview. this place it's so expensive for just something simple even with insurance, even though it feels like a morgue its freezing 😥🤣
Ridiculously expensive. They make it sound like they are working with you on a budget plan but they aren’t. Be sure to check their prices before you have anything done or you’ll be like me and paying nearly $2000 for a “cleaning”! I won’t go back!

I was there 15 minuets before my presence was acknowledged. I requested a cleaning when I made appointment. Was told they don’t do that on first visit. After I got there. Yet I was there over 2 hours. They left impression of some sort of dental factory.
the office manager there is very unhelpful and roude
The dentist was very rude and when I ask questions she told me to stop and just do what she said she was the professional and I responded with I’m the one paying for it. Then into the financial office where they could not give me amounts of cost it was just a close guess plus their advertisements price was half of the price quoted and when I ask why they said because of my insurance discount they had that price which was double the advertised prize I’ll be looking elsewhere
So my husband went back in March to have 3 teeth pulled. They ran insurance and he had to pay 90 dollars the day of the procedure. They decided not to pull all 3, just 2 and sent him home. On the day of his next appointment they called and said it was cancelled due to the dentist having an emergency. We never rescheduled. I called this morning to make the appointment for the last tooth that needed to be pulled and they said it was going to be 80 dollars. I told them he already paid ahead of time.
