So my husband went back in March to have 3 teeth pulled. They ran insurance and he had to pay 90 dollars the day of the procedure. They decided not to pull all 3, just 2 and sent him home. On the day of his next appointment they called and said it was cancelled due to the dentist having an emergency. We never rescheduled. I called this morning to make the appointment for the last tooth that needed to be pulled and they said it was going to be 80 dollars. I told them he already paid ahead of time. This place is a scam! They tried to charge me $1500 for some special cleaning because I suppose had periodontal disease. I have never had a problem before! They refused to perform a regular cleaning so it was $1500 cleaning or nothing! Even though I have insurance! I would never ever set foot inside that place again!

Dentists are arrogant. Not concerned with giving good customer service. My appointment was at 7 a.m. I was taken to an exam room at 7:10 am, and saw a dentist for two to three minutes, told to wait for an xray to be made. I waited approximately 35 minutes for the xray tech to come for me, after the xray I waited another 25 minutes for the dentist to explain the problem and to tell me that he would not be able to do what was necessary, and that I would need to make another appointment. Had appointment at 2pm. I had one tooth already pulled a few weeks prior and they did an examination. They took me to the back 5 minutes later they take me to billing. No examination was done. Told me I had to wait till 4. I told them I was fixing to do a review on fb. I waited patiently 2 more hours. I go back a assistant makes the comment the dr sent her to do her dirty work then starts numbing the wrong side of my mouth I asked her if she knew what she was doing. Their prices for people with no insurance are outrageous the office manager named John who was supposed to help my husband get the dental care he desperately needs at the Cleveland office was very rude and disrespectful

Made my appointment with them went in to do the paperwork and was told they did not accept my insurance after getting approve before the appointment. I would not recommend them.

I had 4 pulled and dentures made to replace my partials. It took a mo. to get the dentures, they were 5 times to big for my mouth and it was a mo before it was even close, finall got them 2 days before Christmas. it's a yr later and I have never been able to enjoy a meal with them in. The bottom have never fit right. they have tried to make it right but all yr the bite was not right and affected my jaw joint. then they did a hard reline and the top is good but the bottom is so painful I can't even eat a piece of bread. They say you can make payments but yet you have to be approved.. Hell you say people can make payments but y'all go through a loan company hell what kind of rip off company are y'all.. I'll not referred my dog to y'all rip off dentist...
