I do not recommend aspen dental here or any where! They are still using deceptive advertising practices. They do not deliver a quality product and I wish that they would shut down all aspen dentals. It’s time that they be sued again just like before for doing the same things then that they are continually doing now.
Husband went in just to ask a question and get some information. He waited 45 minutes and saw the person he needed to talk to leaving. She said she was going to lunch and she may or may not be back. Husband asked receptionist why she didn’t speak with him. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she must not have seen the note. We will never go back there.
Several years ago, I had a lot of dental work done and at that time would have recommended this place. But I no longer can say that. Over the weekend I broke an upper front tooth. They "can't" see me until January 7th! While on hold I heard their recorded message talking about how quickly they will see you if you have something like a broken denture. I call BS! Going somewhere else TODAY.
I waited 45min-an hour TWICE to be seen for my hour appointment. Both times I just had to leave to go back to work. No one came to check on my while I waited or give me an explanation as to why it was taking so long to even get started. Both appointments were in the morning. I'm unsure of how they could be so behind for morning appointments. I did not get my service done. I found another dentist and will not be returning.
They are the absolute worst place ever in the history of dentists. The front desk ladies are rude, condescending and snotty. Three times I have had an appointment and they didnt have in “their system” that I was suppose to be there. Then treated me like I was the one that couldn’t keep things straight. Tomorrow, Dec 2, I am going to request that I be fitted for the permanent dentures so I can be done with these people once and for all. It has been 6 months of total B.S. I don't recommend anything about them. Always different staff, no room in schedule for patients they cause issues (ie pain) for. Impersonal care from dentists (current one has not told me her name, nor called me by mine). Inadequacies in adjust partials they made. Overall lack of concern with patients after they get paid. It wasn't like that initially, But Dr. Haynes (owner) is too concerned with building a dental empire to either notice or care what her patients think. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Had a 8:30 appointment....at least 6 to 8 people came and went... 9:45 I asked about my 8:30.... They told me they were waiting on a room... I waited for someone to come tell me something.... I had enough.... Treated me like an old shoe thrown over in the corner..... I left.... Really BAD SERVICE....
I made an appointment for my daughter for a consultation towards an appointment to have her wisdom teeth removed. This appointment shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes, plus we already had x-rays from her dentist. She was there for 2 hours + & they made her do more X-rays. I was sadly disappointed at my visit today at aspen dental. While the staff were all very friendly, courteous and professional, I was not treated like a patient or even a human being. Actually, I wasn’t treated at all- only evaluated, diagnosed and placed in front of a sales rep. This might have been acceptable had I not been in need of emergency dental care.
