High pressure, Low integrity They should change their name to Aspen Timeshare. I'll start with the positive: 1) I was seen on time. 2) The first twenty minutes or so was routine. I see you take off all the true reviews for 3 and lower. Right there it shows you are dishonest. I have wrote 2 reviews that you deleted. I will keep posting my review in hopes it gives someone a second thought about using you if someone needs dentures. After they get your money and after your pressured into buying their toothbrush and getting work down that you didn't go in for. I didn't buy their toothbrush nor get extra work done on my teeth. This place is a JOKE!!!! I called for an appointment with a broken tooth. The closest appointment was three weeks out. So, I booked the appointment. They called me today (my appointment was scheduled for this coming Thursday), and told me the office would be closed and they need to reschedule it FOR SEPTEMBER. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! This place is about the WORST you can ever expect or ask for, and this is how they treat new clients!!!!
I really like the hygienist, Jan. However, my old dentist saw me following every cleaning to double check for any issues. I have been going to Aspen for two years and have seen the dentist one time, and that was for the initial exam. So my review is for the practice, and I would give a five if I were reviewing just the hygienist.
Unprofessional. Seen I was crying and rocking back and forth in pain and made me wait ten minutes just to tell me they won't see me. I'm pregnant and in severe pain and they forgot about me sitting in their waiting room for no reason whatsoever.... I wouldn't recommend this place to Satan himself. When I arrived there with an appointment at 9 AM, I was told that I did not have an appointment. Please wait, as I had driven 2 hours to get there I was very upset. Dealing with Aspen dental has been one of the worst experiences ever. And today they have pissed me off to the highest extent. I have been in and out of that office all December dealing with the job that surgeon did with my mouth. Oh and keep in mind, for my appointments I always arrived right on time or at 15 min early and it never failed I always sat in the waiting room for over 30 min waiting, for my surgery I waited an hour. I don't recommend it if you are doing route canal or crown they burned my toghng during the perseger and 2 doctor's worked on me and that is not what supposed too be.iam working on talking to them. If not going to court.
I found Aspen Dental to be very professional and has the ability to do everything under one roof. With running a business I didn't have time to run to several dentist to have procedures done, I needed a "one stop shop", and they even work one evening late and open part of the day on Saturday.
