Their Administration is terrible. Wouldn't work with BlueCross Blue Shield, and they said "they would take care of it and call me back to schedule an appointment" many times now. its been 2 weeks and haven't heard back.

On Friday wile on a 24hr shift at work, I started to experience pain and swelling in my lower left jaw. I had heard that Aspin Dental was a good place. So I went online and made an appointment for Saturday. I was called early Saturday morning and asked if I would come in early. My appointment was for 11:30 I was asked to come in at 10:30. We were told by our insurance that this was the only oral surgeon that took our plan in College Station. Made an appointment (took some time to get in), only to be told after being seen that they only take a limited number of patients per year with our insurance (a policy made by the owner which happens to be the dentist). I was asked to come in 21/2 hrs early for my cleaning, which was OK. But the dentist herself was not available so after waiting 2 hrs (almost my original scheduled time) I left without the exam and fluoride treatment. So if you get asked to come in early, make sure everybody else you are to see does not have a scheduling problem with seeing you earlier.
I don’t want to waste any more time on this review than I already did this morning in their office before having to walk out, but what a train wreck this place is.
The dental staff were kind, and I’m grateful that Dr. Haynes did my cleaning even though the hygenist was out yesterday. However, I was there almost three hours for a consultation and cleaning, and like I said, it was just because the dentist wasn’t too busy and was able to work me in for a cleaning. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the office and really only had a consultation scheduled. Everyone their was friendly and gentle. That's the only nice thing I can say. Prices are out there big time. They tried to schedule me in 2 months when I told them I was in extreme pain. Lucky enough got in on a cancellation but the appointment was at 4 I didn't even get taken back till almost 445 then didn't get out till 530.
