Been here since 230pm. It is now 510pm. I don't think I will be back.
They cancelled a scheduled appointment in the middle of it.an cancled the 1st apointment without even setting another. I had to recall.
The dentist was extremely condescending and rude to me last week. The work they did on my teeth has failed after less than a year and a half. Dr. Haynes just wouldn't stop talking to me like a 2-year-old. Not an experience I want to repeat. I got up and walked out in the middle of her belittling me. When I was there six months ago they over billed me. I am looking for a new dentist now.
I was nervous about going but once I walked in they made me feel welcomed and told me a clear action plan. Needless to say, I can't stop smiling now.
The wait time is ridiculous. I have never been seen in a timely manner. A 3:00 appt and I leave at 4:50, and the only thing done was an impression. I had to have an additional tooth pulled because when I had 2 teeth pulled, the tooth next to it broke, and they were going to make me pay $91 for pulling that tooth. I paid upfront for the extractions, healing partial, and permanent partial, but yet I was charged for the permanent partial again. NOT EVEN A 1*. Zero. They're great to you while they screw your mouth & teeth up but then after you pay that $4000 plus Boo Bye. DONE. Computer crash my ass! I should've never went to ASPEN DENTAL. HORRIBLE.
If you like doctors without bedside manners, women who make excuses, doctors who "show the patient the door" only after the doctor was 45 minutes late and was questioned, not handicap equipped, and most of all a rude doctor who "don't need to hear your complaints" then this my friends is the best place ever. Oh and if you like bullying an old women who had a stroke and an AVM and can't care for herself so her daughter does then this place is like a resort to you. Have a lawyer ready who knows what they will mess up next.
