The staff is very friendly. They have a clean office. I do not think they have great time management. My first appointment, which was my initial exam and xrays took 4.5 hours total. My appointment started at 9 and we didn't get out of the office until 1:30. The second appointment was supposed to start at 5pm, I did not get pulled back until 5:56pm. They were still willing to perform the procedure, but the dentist wasn't done with the patient before me, and the assistant said he is doing an extraction, so I requested a resche... read more

Had to wait about 20 minutes past scheduled time. They would not do my regular xrays and oral exam on the same day as my cleaning, had to schedule cleaning for over a month later. They tried to up sale a cancer screening to me. The staff was friendly, the office is just not efficient.

I had the ABSOLUTE worst time EVER! Dentist had tried pulling the tooth, with what looked like an “ice pic” and I kept telling him that I could feel EVERYTHING he was doing. He proceeded to tell me “I’ve already numbed you, If you’re not already numb enough there is no reason to keep numbing you” this is why people have serious phobias of the dentist horrible experiences will cause someone never to go back to ANY dentist.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hers for my appointment after talking with other patients in the waiting room this seems to be a little shorter waiting time than normal. Talking with the staff this is just a normal day. Never got an honest update from front desk. The only saving grace is the dentist he seemed to be sorry for my wait but this was his first day. This is no way to treat customers

I had to wait for 2 hours to get my teeth picked on painfully for cleaning (at the end of procedure my mouth was full of blood and I am still hurting just like somebody punched me in a mouth). The hygienist forgot to floss my teeth and left me in the room for another hour to perform the procedure on some other patient. Finally I got tired of waiting and was ready to leave. I let them know I am leaving so they called for my hygienist to come and finish with me. Overall it took almost 3 hours to do my cleaning that was perform... read more

I did not understand or appreciate scheduling me two days in a row. I clearly explained during the setup for my appointment that I had a semi-emergency need to have a cavity refilled. I spent two hours of my normal work day on Day 1 of my visit to only have x-rays and teeth picked (no cleaning). There was no work done at all and I still had a bill to pay. I asked why I was paying when no work had been done. I had to come another day (for another 2 hours) to actually have the work done. The older male dentist was not kind at ... read more

I am from out of town (Florida) here for a 3 week job and I had a toothache for 4 days. They had good reviews so I went to Aspen, I got extensive x-rays and the gums probe check (remember I was there for a toothache in s specific tooth) the tech made sure she read my numbers aloud so I could here that I will need expensive repairs (I actually had the repairs done 2 years ago), then a nice lady with a clip board came in to try to sell me on the gum scrape options. I stopped her and reminded everyone I have a friggin TOOTHACHE... read more
