The dentist and the stuff in the back that treat you I enjoyed their company ,,but the office staff in the billing department can't get their act together ... they build the insurance then they build other half to my card and I still got a bill for more and they won't fix it so now it's going to credit collections been at it for 4 months trying to get this fixed
Dentist and staff did a nice job, BUT, only ONE of the SIX staff members I spoke to were permanently attached to the Columbia office. All were 'Floaters' some from out of state who may be in that office for a few days, including the dentist, so, it is HARD to give a meaningful review of the Columbia, except to say, they have a very small reception/waiting area
Made an appointment for my bf. Sept Thursday the 21st. Well on Wednesday (20nd) at 515 pm they called me stating they only had one dentist that up coming day, they had planned for two. Okay. Moved to Friday. I took off both afternoons, got a few hours back Thursday but not like I could have had. Friday. Got there five minutes late. The dentist was running late. Someone else (Amish) was waiting also. My bf got rescheduled for October 12th. He had me go outside with me to tell me what happened cause he knew I would get pissed ... read more

Aspen dental needs to take a look at there dentists! I brought my daughter there to get a root canal done to save a tooth. Now she is loosing the tooth anyway! The surgery is a very delicate one as the Endodontist said! Hopefully no more harm will come to her nerve! The older dentist in there is rude, rough, and cannot hear! If you cannot hear, don't see patients. I had to take her to another dentist who then sent us to an Endodontist. Rude and not helpful at all and wont be back at all and wont refure anyone
I have to have two teeth pulled and since I make too much money they will not help me with a cough
I did not under all that was saying left not shure what's going to be happening . The I talk to them on the phone was told a new thing
They try to cram too many patients in and are invariably late/behind. The nurse was wonderful and helpful about getting be through quickly after my appointment started late, but the dentist I was supposed to see "didn't have time" to see me so I got a different dentist who didn't listen to anything I was saying. The front desk worker literally had no clue about anything. Not going back.
