They are a complete joke friendly but after every penny was seen at the office in Columbus Ms, I have dental insurance but they made me apply for a credit card saying my insurance wouldn't cover everything so now I'm left with a credit card bill but went to another dentist in that same week and got my entire mouth done on my insurance. Wouldn't take a dog for doggy dentures

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Both of my parents were here as patients and were treated horribly! Anytime my mother tried to go to appointments they would reschedule or cancel. But yet they ran insurance as if she went to the appointments they rescheduled/cancelled. The amount of money they have cost and time they have wasted of my parents is ridiculous. I had the rest of my root canal finished there. I had pain after permanent crown was put on. Went back 2 days later because my bite wasn’t right & told him I had pain. He numbed me up so I wouldn’t hurt while he filed tooth down. He said since you are numb I will go & fix the other tooth that was giving you problems( the one in front of it). I said ok. i paid over 400.00 for dentures i cant even wear! Their to big teeth are falling out! i have made appointments and 85% of the time they get changed! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Made an appointment for a cleaning. They never told me the cleaning wasn’t going to happen the day I scheduled it! The first appointment is really just X-rays and a consultation to come up with a treatment plan. You’ll have to reschedule everything else from there! They also took my money for a service that I thought was going to happen the same day and scheduled me to come back in two weeks, so basically I had to pre-pay for my service!! Bad communication!! The staff was friendly but the work up to have things done sucks!!

horrible customer service. 11 month process four dentist at same location and I'm no better off. once paid they could care less about how you are with the work done. I would not recommend aspen to anyone

I went to my first visit to the Columbus, MS Aspen Dental Clinic on June 4 , 2019 because I thought a filling had come out . I could feel the hole in my tooth. Although I needed only ONE tooth fixed, the x-ray technician took many x-rays of my entire mouth!! And she had great difficulty doing it. She kept saying "You sure have a little mouth". Went there as a walk-in emergency to have a tooth pulled. Had to prepay $72 to even be seen. Had xrays done. Had the hygienist look and the dr only to be told a treatment plan I needed for my teeth. The doctor referred me to the oral surgeon since I still have my wisdom teeth. This treatment is set to cost $4500. Left with the painful tooth still in. Nothing done but xrays taken.
