I made an appointment to get my teeth clean which they failed to do and also failed to tell me at the time of scheduling that they weren’t in my insurance’s network! I sat in the office yesterday for over an hour only for them to take X-rays, Hygienist look at my teeth, and the dentist to tell me I had one small spot on one of my teeth. I took my son to them in October 2018 after his two top front teeth were broken in a basketball game. I paid the 827 dollar copay on 10/29/18 fo the recommended treatment plan. they had my son come in for the preliminary work ( they filed his teeth down and put on temporary crowns that feel off the same day), went back repeated times. once we sat for hours before they told us the ordered teeth were not delivered, once we went and the doctor was out, once we went and the teeth they said were for my son looked like replacement... read more
My husband was seen by a dentist who kept routinely checking her phone during his visit. Told him he needed a crown and then made him pay half the amount of the crown in advance to “hold his appt”. He went back for the 2nd appointment to have the crown done (seen by another dentist) who recognized that he had nerve damage and would need a root canal. This place...the entire front of their building is wrapped, advertising walk-in’s and emergency services available..Great..right?! Yeah..until you actually walk-in with an emergency..like a tooth that is cracked to the point that the only thing holding it together is dentech, only to be told that yes, they do offer these things,IF the dentist has time but the receptionist knew she wouldn’t today because they close at 5:30( in all fairness, it was 4;45) then she proceeds to inform me that would be considered a new patient..an... read more
Extremely unprofessional! Closed with no warning to patients nor a courtesy call to reschedule appointments. I will not be going back, not that they’d be open the next time they schedule me anyway.
Absolutely horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and get told I have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning while I’m in the chair because the hygienist is “too busy”. Then I get told I have 5 cavities I need to get filled when I’ve been told by previous doctors I don’t have any and the spots she talked about were just stains. To top it all off the doctor laughed and joked about me having postpartum depression! Don’t waste your time or money!
Do not use Aspen Dental! They told me all sorts of things were wrong with my teeth, convincing me that my issues were extremely severe and I needed to prepare to spend $6000+ to fix. I was advised to get a second opinion by a friend who had heard they were a bit shady. Went for a second opinion today at a different practice and surprisingly, none of the issues Aspen claimed were so dire even exist! Be careful and when in doubt always go for a second (or however many) opinion!
Just horrible. It takes forever to get seen. And then when you are seen they treat it like it's nothing and don't even do a thorough check. Won't be back.
This place is nothing more than a joke!! I got a lot of dental work from them but they never completed my treatment plan and when I ask for my money back on my debit card the refuse and if you ask to speak to a manager or a district manager they say they will give them your number to call you back and never do! I called back today and yet they still refuse to help me!!!
