Aspen Dental is a horrible place! The clinic in Columbus, Ms is by far the worse dental clinic possible. Please go to a real dentist!!!
I had a wonderful first time experience. All the staff were very friendly. They took the time to talk to me and wasn't just concerned with getting me in and out. I would definitely recommend them to someone.

Took my husband to the office in Columbus MS, we know he needs a lot of work, however, 6400, for 7 extractions and a new partial is highway robbery. We got an itemized billing estimate and one of the charges was for 135.00 for an electric toothbrush, uhhh, did not ask for one, next up, charge for x-rays and exam that were supposed to be free, can you say deceptive billing practices. 840 dollars for a temporary bridge then an additional 1200 for a permanent bridge. I really wish I could select 0 instead of 1. I would definitely NEVER recommend this dental clinic!!! This was the absolute worst dentist experience ever! I will start by saying I live 90 miles away from the clinic and am only in the area at certain times. When I initially called to schedule my “cleaning and checkup” appointment I wanted it some time during the week of my vacation but was told the earliest they could see me was Dec. 26. I left there in tears , the doc I thought was very nice up until he lied. Promised me he would see to it able to get the work done took me up front and the told me 5000 said she would call me bk and never did. Im devastated

They left bone/tooth where they pulled it and refused to even look in my mouth to see it. I will be going elsewhere to repair the damage they left behind.
