I have mixed feelings about this office. I had an appointment because I need a tooth extracted. The staff was helpful and friendly from the front desk, the X-ray tech, the hygienist, the person who ran my insurance, and the dentist. They had me in the chair, ready to pull my tooth... to come in and say they couldn't do it that day. When I went to get a new appointment, I was told the next available was 10 days away. My first time there was at the end of November I went in to talk about my wisdom tooth that came in. We set up an appointment to get it pulled, they set up payment agreements with me since I was a self pay. When I went in yesterday to get it pulled they let me know everything was going to be okay. Thoroughly impressed with the entire staff. I got worked in as an emergency and have nothing but good things to say from the hygienists to the dentist. I have a lot of work left to get done and will be rescheduling with them soon. I had a tooth extracted and couldn't feel a thing. Great work Dr. Jones.
I really like the treatment I got yesterday super friendly and quick too. I showed up without a appointment and got seen and taken care of with in an hour.
I showed up early and was taken in on time. I received excellent care by a very fiendly dentist. (I assume she is licensed). Her and her assistant both had a delicate touch and I felt minimal pain from the injections. All in all a great experience.
The staff was very attentive and explained each step in detail. The dentist was truly interested in my dental health and did not try to upsell services. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care
