I don't know many who like going to the dentist, but if you gotta go, this place has the friendliest most efficient staff I've ever come across. The prices are very reasonable too!
This has to be the best dental clinic anywhere. You get the best care. Great prices. The staff treats you like family rather than a patient and it's not just once here and there. It's a consistent high quality care and friendly service. Thank you Sracey, Terry, Dr. Knudson and everyone else. You are all the very best and you actually make a dental office visit enjoyable.
Warning! Do not use Aspen Dental unless you want to experience high blood pressure and frustration. Lots of gooblygook double speak about computers dealing with your Dental Insurance company. Warning! Warning! They do not care. My insurance company said that they did not check with them to see if my repair was covered..I paid for the repair and am disputing the charge. Warning!
4 years ago I went over here they traumatize me by saying I need dentures(which is actually not true to this day almost a lot of my teeth have been restored by a way better dentist. And they cared about my health and not the money) That a lot of my teeth had cavities and didn’t know how far the cavity was but yet there’s a damn X-ray in front of them. Plus they hurt me during the X-ray process they don’t know what they’re doing. and some decay. Which would’ve required some root canal‘s/crowns but said it may not work! neede... read more
Poor communication. Emailed me to confirm my appointment which I did. After a missed phone call I returned the call after hours and left a message that I will be there for my appointment. Received a text message one hour before my appointment “looking forward to seeing me”. However when I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time I was told that because i didn’t confirm by phone and a doctor was out I would have to reschedule or wait an hour to be seen. 7/16/21 ***UPDATE*** At the time of my appointment I asked the office manager what they would be billing my insurance company for and she said, "I'm not going to bill your insurance for anything from today." SHE LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE! I just got off the phone with my insurance company and she billed for x-rays and examine anyway so now that affects my coverage with another dentist. Rude! They are rude and inconsiderate of those in pain. Getting mad when you can’t answer all their questions. Get mad if you can’t talk (although you are in severe pain) will never come back to this place. On top of that the front desk individual isn’t wearing her mask correctly and is touching all over everything and not even sanitizing her hands.
