The worst dental office. These people should be ashamed to call themselves medical professional All it is is a bad run business. Shame on them... don’t go here
worst experience I've ever had in my life with any business ever!!! and I can't believe I experienced such downright HORRIBLE customer service from a company that's in the medical field, they cancelled my new patient appointment 3 times!!! 1st they were remodeling the office and the radiology equipment was out of service, why schedule a patient's appointment if you knew the equipment would be down? 2nd time i woke up early to drive back home from Houston, I could have visited my family longer. they said their Dr is sick and ... read more
I went there to get a appointment ,I told them at that time I only had 2 weeks to get this done. They made a appointment for the next day. I told them I only wanted a crown replaced. Went there they started taking 18 x-rays I stoped them told that I only wanted a crown replaced. So saw the dentist he never looked into my mouth. He told me he couldn’t do this in two weeks, told me he could extract the tooth What kind of dentist would recommend removing a tooth without even looking at it. Today feb 7 2018 0 star, I ve had negative experience with Caroline, first encounter she was sending me to an oral surgeon, luckily Elizabeth overheard her and pointed out no I didn't need one Second encounter she stated my insurance would only cover the 6 mo warranty basic denture, on my next visit Sandy clarified that and made me realize I would qualify for 1 yr warranty denture Today Caroline insisted that she had been trying to get my physician for over a week to sign forms required I had my extractions scheduled last we... read more

Went in for xrays and consult. The staff was very friendly and the dentist was very attentive to my needs.

Had 2 cleanings since last yr. In December, had appointment for 0730, was told after 0800 when they opened, we changed our hours, even though the sign still posted 0730, didn't bother to notify me. Today scheduled for cleaning at 0800, only to be told I need antibiotics prior to, I guess I was to pull the meds out of thin air, so I wasted my morning again. They are very very inconsistent and can care less about your time.

I had a horrible experience with a previous dentist I went to prior to aspen dental and it was such a relief to go to a place like this after that. Staff was courteous and wait time was short.
