Over the past few months I have had several appointments, at Aspen Dental in CB, for dental work that I have put off for a few years. They entire staff has been wonderful and my teeth are looking great.
Dr. Michael Gritzuk was very nice & helpful... Along with the very nice stall all of them but especially Shannon & Pam! They're helping me get my smile back!
Horrible customer service, ESPECIALLY in the finance department (torture chamber)! Was told I had a tooth that could not even be treated by a root canal and would have to be pulled and have a dental implant placed. (to the tune of $5000) 2nd opinion - Not only does the tooth NOT need to be pulled, but it would be "detrimental to my dental health to do so", as stated by the 2nd Dentist. It only needs a filling! Very disappointed with the lack of friendliness of this team. From the moment you arrive to do paperwork, to the assistant, to the doctor they are not very kind and don’t treat you with any compassion. You might as well be a walking dollar sign to them. As a provider of dental care, you would expect to be treated with care and kindness as the dentist is a vulnerable visit for a lot of patients. I regret not reading the other reviews from past clients before scheduling an appointment here. Do better.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GO TO THIS PLACE. Due to their inability to follow their OWN public safety and sanitation policies requiring masks when addressing patients and or in office when patients are being seen and/or address, I've filed a report with the state. As someone of the public, it is my responsibility to take action when the safety of others is at risk. Do not go here they try to sell services you don’t need
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this clip joint. It’s only about how much they can get from you. I have absolutely zero trust that they performed the work I needed done. I hadn’t seen the dentist since before covid and my regular dentist retired and I needed to get a checkup before a surgery. I was raised to have trust in my doctors but I have absolutely zero trust that these people said at least If I get mugged on the street I know they want to hand over my money I really don’t expect that in a doctors office. Never Again!!
I would have given them a good review up until the time I received my dentures. I have implant supported dentures, I felt the dentist really listened me during the building process of my dentures, it was afterwards that everything fell apart. I went in for the final fitting and the abutments were too small and the upper dentures would not come out, they were literally stuck in my mouth. Made an appointment online. Confirmed appointment via text/email. Needed to reschedule it and when I called, Joy said “We cancelled your appointment because you didn’t confirm it.” “Ummm yes I did.” “Well, we need a verbal confirmation to discuss what the visit is for, if you have insurance, etc.” “All of that information was in the intake forms.” “Look, do you wanna reschedule or not??” Rude, rude, rude. I will not be scheduling an appointment there ever again! Not giving my hard-earned money to people like that.
