This was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. The rude, condescending receptionist showed such a lack of professionalism for the problem at hand. The problem they created by cancelling my appointment for me, then blaming it on me, even when I showed her the texts of confirmation on my cell phone. I went in January 19, 2022. needed some work. they verified insurance and said my insurance would take care of it with no out of pocket costs. I said ok. I wanted a tooth pulled but the dentist said NO. so they crowned the 2 and I'm still having problems/pain. and I received a paper from insurance saying my cost is 500.00!! I'm done with them.

What a joke! I would not use them as an emergency dentist or a walk in like they advertise. They are only about making money and don’t help emergency patients out, even with an appointment. Never Again! Thankfully the exam and x rays were no charge to New Patients.

Three hours pulling on a tooth - sent to oral surgery. If you want to be yanked on for HOURS before discussing other options, then this is your place! Definitely will start reading reviews before going to a new provider. New insurance so had to move. Do your research before scheduling!

Rude, the staff is so rude. Their business practices are not professional. When I am dealing with dental it should be treated as healthcare and the staff should have good customer service skills, not to mention empathy. Dental problems are very painful. No one wants to allow someone to have their hands and instruments in their mouths after being treated like trash. Making connections with your patients on a human level goes a long way. From the moment you walk in the door, you are not seen as a patient/person but a dollar sign. Emily at the front desk has a nasty rude attitude and definite control issues. I will take my business to where it is appreciated.

Do not go here! This is a chain dental clinic and they are very deceptive! They will stick a bunch of crap you didn’t ask for in your treatment plan....oral b toothbrush, expensive toothpaste and mouthwash! Terrible support staff that are rude and should not be in customer service at all!!! Jenny is very rude and deceitful in presentation of billing!
