very poor disappointed. when making my appointment the lady on the phone was great i told her what i wanted and she assured me that the price and the service couldn't be beat, what a joke. i was there two hours and got the biggest run around i ever ,they blamed the lady i talk to on the phone she didnt know what she was talking about what a cop out dont go there
Dentist was far from conservative with dental explorer, amongst other upsetting things, one being she chipped a tooth of mine. Never going back.
Don't go here!!!!! I had a very pleasant experience while calling the one 800 number and attempting to make my daughter an appointment for the same day for urgent tooth extraction. Dont go here!!!!! Randa you were right they screwed me...their bullshit talk about helping out a person with breast cancer...they rope you in then change the amount. I had a WRITTEN amount of how much i was to pay for top denture i get there and sit in lobby for 45 minutes waiting my appointment only to find out they were gonna charge me $350 more than my written agreement! !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!
They tried charging my grandfather for something they never did. They where turned into the better business! I do NOT recommend going there!
The CB office sucks , she is always behind even if u are the first appt. Of the day! Today my appointment was for 8:00 they took me back on time but then sat there for 45 min , I had to get out of the chair and go to see what the hell is the problem? Then she came in right away and I was out of there in 10 minute s . It is the same thing EVERY time I go there!
