I had a chipped tooth all the way down to the roots.. I was in so much pain. They didn't even give me anything for the pain. Tooth them forever to do x-rays & their prices are very expensive! I will not go back!
the very tl; dr version is I only used them before because they were the only dentist in town that accepted my insurance. my insurance is changing next year and I DEFINITELY will be checking to see if I can switch next month (year)
I made an appointment Wednesday for my son to see the oral surgeon on Thursday. I asked them if Grandma could take him in case I couldn't make it there due to work. They said "Yes, that's fine. Just have her bring her ID." So she take him to his appointment the next day. I get a phone call from my son saying they won't see him because I'm not there. So I talked to the receptionist and she said the only way my son would be able to be seen is if I sent over documentation saying Grandma was his legal guardian. So I go there. We... read more
I had to wait for an hour before the dentist ever got around to seeing me. Then she told me they do not do root canals in this office. I drove an hour to get to the Council Bluffs office and waited an hour for them to tell me I would have to go to another office another half hour away and she didn't seem to know if I needed a root canal or the tooth pulled for sure. She did give me an antibotic so the tooth pain wouldn't get too bad before I had something done.
Do not go here! They referred me to another dentist (who was wonderful), however they failed to verify my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. The dentist that referred me also had the wrong teeth marked for a root canal. At this point I seriously wonder if anyone there has even attended college.
I thought this was a dental office and made an appointment for a checkup which in my past experience with dentists included a cleaning. Evidently, not with Aspen Dental. That is in separate appointment which was not explained at any point. The office manager told me that Aspen Dental is a 'corporate' office as opposed to a 'private' practice. Ludicrous! It would be nice if the receptionist could have told us the truth about the heat not working in the lobby!! 18 degrees outside 60 inside!! The older folks are just freezing!! Very sad
Extremely Disappointed. COB DDS Chopra office...Set up a Credit Card (did credit check w\out consent) misrepresented Insurance vs Credit Card. Would not follow up to check work done w\out another full Dental appt (after explaining they would check it for free). We had to do conf. call w\ CareCredit to cancel a credit card that we Did Not even want or authorize. Will not go back to COB Aspen Dental.
Very disappointed. I just wanted a cap glued back on, they assured me they could not do this so $507.00 poorer I have something I can't stand to have in my mouth and am awaiting a visit with a local dentist who will cement this back in. I only went to Aspen as they advertised they take walk ins. It took me all day and am not pleased with something I can not stand to wear. What a joke.
