After a consultation with my son who woke up with a severe toothache, they told him to come back at 3 pm so they could pull the tooth that was causing him pain. He has insurance thru work and had a $50 deductible but the lady at the desk told him he could pay it his next visit since he doesn’t get paid until Friday. He goes back at 3 and a different lady at the window refuses him by telling him that unless he has the money for the deductible they weren’t going to see him after telling him the tooth needed to come out and kne... read more

This place is horrible. They placed cement all over my gums. I was in such pain. I was then told only emergency appointments for new patients. They pulled my tooth and then begin the bridge work on the same day. I didn’t realize that this is NOT good practice until I went somewhere else. They began the bridge work on the same day so they could bill for the expensive bridge work. I would never ever let these hacks touch my teeth ever again. I also have xrays to show their bad work.

A joke. Plain and simple. 7,557.25 dollars and 8 months later, husband is still with temporary dentures and has lost 30 lbs because he can not eat due to the temps not fitting properly. No consistency. The only consistent thing is "you need to 'retrain' your mouth how to bite" and errors by their "techs". Reached out to patient satisfaction team and told "6 months to heal" and "no idea why it has taken 2 months". Next stop, BBB and an attorney. Do not go to Aspen regardless of the positive reviews. They are predatory to the ... read more

This chain shouldn’t be allowed to practice anywhere. They are not cheaper or qualified to be doing dental work. First, it is a gimmick from the start. They took my insurance that I had $2000. They told me it would cost more to fix my teeth then to pull them and get dentures. So, I used my ins. And had to take out credit with them for the rest. To do my top teeth it would be over $7000 and over $3000 for my bottoms. I had to choose and did my bottom teeth that I was told I would get a temporary partial and then my permanent... read more

I was told I needed a lot of work last year and was quoted almost $2000 for a treatment plan, but I found out today it was not true! Deceiving and corrupt!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Over all this has been a most unsatisfying experience. I cannot bite without back teeth coming up also very painful to bite anything even a sandwich. Also I know when I eat the first couple of bites are going under my teeth. I now have a-speech impediment due to the gum under my tongue is so thick. I get no relief from complaining
