I arrived to my appointment and was told that I needed to call someone to come watch my child. I am a stay at home mom so my child is always with me! Not kid-friendly at all!

The staff were friendly and kind. Well informed and patient. Unfortunately, the work that I needed done cost more than I was expecting and so was unable to have the work completed. If my financial situation changes, I will return to Aspen Dental.

Every filling I have ever gotten done here has either cracked, chipped, or broken off. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They have been sending the wrong info to my insurance company so they are not covering what should be covered and I have ended up overpaying. One visit in particular, I was not informed the dentist that was there that day was not in my network so I ended up getting a $300 bill 3 months later. This is long, but I highly recommend you read it, especially if you are a new patient!!! While I do have to admit that most of the staff was friendly and kind, I have a MAJOR problem with Aspen Dental. I was "diagnosed" with periodontal disease, which shocked me because I have no symptoms--no bleeding, sore gums; no receding gum appearance, etc... This is the worst dental office my husband & I have ever been to. The Dentist, she is rude & unprofessional. It has taken over 3 months to work on a bridge that is still incomplete. My husband is in constant pain and can not eat well. They have canceled & rescheduled almost every appointment to delay the process intentionally even after he expressed to them how much pain he is in. I will not ever buy a denture from Aspen again. I had to have several fittings, the teeth are to big and I thought paying $1300 for one denture would really be a great denture.. I HATE it. I have a sore in my mouth and they want me to wait 5 days to be seen... so I have to deal with the pain or go without teeth... and I WILL NOT go without teeth. very disappointed.

Very nice people,but less than satisfactory work. Waste of 3000.00. Will be going somewhere else to fix what they already fixed frown emoticon

We had a very bad time. At 3:05 I was told to be there at 3:30. We were still there a 4:40. We Were there to get a lower denture repaired. No one ask what he need - so we thought they knew. I never seen so may people walking around doing nothing. By the time he was called in - the lab teck left - end of appoiintment.
