I had a pleasant first visit and had two teeth extracted. I went back a week later for a postop follow-up.I didn't see the dentist. I saw an assistant and she said that it looked like I was healing well. She dismissed my complaints of pain and told me to take something over-the-counter. My experience at Aspen Dental was great. I was worried about the cost of my dental work but the consulter Taylor figured it out for me and we got it taken care of. Taylor, Dr. Ansana and Charelle are very helpful also and very nice.
The prices here are higher than anywhere else. Unfortunately they were the only ones that took us immediately so I chose them. They do a lot of unnecessary upselling be careful about that.
anyone that needs work i would recommend them they got my grandpa in same day appointment then pulled the teeth he needed removed the next day and are going to make his dentures this coming week. and they except Unitedhealth insurance
Went to visit them, they said I need a “deep” cleaning and have 10 cavities fixed. They wanted to numb my whole mouth all at once and do all this in one visit. Not to mention they wouldn’t run it through my insurance so out of pocket it would be $3,500! I went 3 days later to Dr. Grant office, for second opinion. I’m so glad I did! I just needed a regular cleaning and no cavities! All out of pocket after insurance was $0! Not to mention they tried to sale me a $300 electronic toothbrush! I went to Walmart and got one for $5o
Isabel the “office manager “ is not properly trained. Her attitude is very poor. She was going to send my elderly mother home after being off blood thinner for a week without getting the work done simply because she was too lazy to make a phone call to verify some information. I definitely DO NOT recommend the aspen dental dalton, ga location.
Have someone at the desk when you walk in, for a start. Give a full evaluation of my general oral health before you suggest a treatment. Visit seemed very rushed; Dentist seemed very focused on her suggested somewhat expensive and ongoing treatment. Treatment regimen seemed sensible and realistic; "bedside manner" was not so great. She seemed interested in discouraging treatment at the Chattanooga State Dental Clinic even though that clinic doesn't offer the suggested treatment; stopped just short of calling me "cheap".
