I don't usually post reviews, but I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. The staff is very rude and not helpful. I would not go back there even if it was free.
Ive posted a good review after my first visit. Since then ive had some complications with their staff being very unprofessional with procedure and appointments. Ive went roughly the entire month of February in pain. They had staff call me with no knowledge of what they were telling me or how to answer me questions, all i got since i left their the first time was "im sorry" by far the worst place ive ever been to. I do not recommend this place to any person. Enter there at your own risk cause you wont leave with a smile.
I have tried to call the Dalton office and can not reach them they say their office hours are until 6pm but they are closed at 4pm
A year and a half ago i got roughly around 7k worth of work done to my teeth. I've taken every precaution to keep my teeth good and healthy. Ive had to go and get 3 fillings fixed since going to them and now working on the 4th! The fillings keep falling out and there is nothing wrong with the teeth its happening to! Never ever go to Aspen Dental . The old bait & switch & rip offs !!! Dalton office blamed Rome office & Rome blaming Dalton doctor. I was promised to be put to sleep during oral surgury & THAT didn't happen & it was horizontal extraction in the roof of my mouth !! What a nightmare of agony . I'm writing letters to Ga Consumer Affairs,Atty Genl & Clark Howard. Do not believe their advertised prices. My price went up when I was in the CHAIR numbed !!!
All of the staff were very nice. But there pricing is a lot more than there web site states. So I am unhappy about that
I went for a filling but they wanted me to fix everything. 8000 dollars worth of stuff and i cant aford it
This place is a joke people please dont go to aspen this place is a joke i was given a,6,000 treatment plan and also was lied that i had gums diseases...i have gone to another dentist and they said that it is not possible...save your money and find a private provider.
