From the start the staff there was awesome! They walked me through everything and worked with me on what insurance and hsa wouldn't cover to keep our out of pocket expense reasonable. Whenever I had a question it was answered with a smile. Most of all I never felt judged or looked down on. That to me was nearly as wonderful as having my smile back! Special thanks to Lindsey (dental assistant) and Dr. Eggers for putting up with my serious case of nerves and making my experience a good one.
I will continue to go to Aspen in Defiance because of the customer service you get from Katie . Great smile and relaxes your nerves.
Great staff. Had an emergency and Cassie the office manager got me in right away the dental assistant Katie was very knowledgeable and helped me stay calm while they fixed my tooth. Highly recommend Aspen dental !
