Went in for pre exam before I was to have my teeth cleaned. Took forever for them to look at my teeth. Then the doctor came in and was about as friendly as a snake. After all this I was told that I needed a "Deep Tooth cleaning" meaning over $4000.00. I have my teeth done every six months with no problems until my other dentist retired. Will never have Dr Eggers again. He was not friendly and did not explain anything. He kept “yelling” at the poor girl trying to help him with me just sitting there unable to speak as he was working on me. Took 2 hours on my first visit just as an evaluation. Sorry but I would not go back there. That dentist should not be practicing. Now I’m wondering if I really needed the tooth pulled or if it could have been saved. Bad experience.

My tooth hurt. Saw the dentist, who recommended a cap and also a bite plate. Okay. Went back two weeks later for the cap. Tooth killing me but no cap. Rescheduled. Another week or so. Cap was in, but dentist now recommended root canal Tooth killing me. Another couple of weeks to see the dentist who does root canals. Finally, finally, finally got the root canal and cap. Sorry. I’m not impressed. Very poor time utilization
not good they overcharged me and said insurance will not pay for it they charged my card for $82, after a few days my insurance sent me the bill it was only $42. what a joke i also paid for a dental dam and they dint even use it to me, they charged my insurance company for $250 for an x-ray i requested that i dont need it but they insisted.

As a person who is so scared of the dentist, I want to Highly recommend the Defiance Office. From walking in and meeting everyone in the office, my anxiety seemed to go away. I have my second appointment already and am not as concerned. I feel they want to help their patients. Everyone has to go to a dentist, I choose them. Hope this helps another person that was as scared as me
If it weren't for the hygienist I would've had a panic attack. The dentist was rude to her and I could tell he was frustrated during the procedure
