Worst experience ever. I even gave them a second chance. And they again let me down. Fool me once …. Do not go here. I repeat. Do not go here. Find a more experienced place!!!

Paid $3,600 for a bridge that came off two days later. They would only temporarily cement it in place because the doctor who installed it wasn’t there. When for the I went back for the RESCHEDULED appointment the doctor wasn’t there and they “didn’t have the materials” to do the work. Go somewhere else!

“ I do not recommend aspen dental”. Every time I went to aspen I always paid right their and don’t have to worry about it. Well I’ll get letters in the mail saying pass due or I go up their to get something done I always have something I have to pay but I always tell them I pay everything something gets worked on. You get different Dr’s every time it’s not the same one and I didn’t like that because u don’t know who is a good one or not. was told the first visit was free, they then billed my ins. co. Do not trust or believe them.

does anyone know how to cancel the finance part. all i have had done was 1st visit and got toothpaste and mputh wash. i no long was the extra money

They can’t get their billing situation together. I’ll pay what they ask... get a check from them a few months later for “overpaying” then get a bill a few weeks after that.

I haven't been back for over a year because they still cant figure out how to charge me. They never told me why or how the got rid of some of the Bill's back in February and said I was Scott free. now in November they say I owe more. the won't let you speak with the billing office. the lady at the local office sounds like a parrot just repeating herself. the corporate office say call the local office. the local office cant even tell you when the bill is do. i don't even know what to do I'm afraid if i pay off this bill the w... read more
