I would love to say kudos to Dr Luu and staff. My husband got an abscess tooth over the weekend and was out of state. Aspen took him in for first appointment today as an emergency, pulled his broken tooth and the wisdom tooth along with it which was a problem. They were amazing with him. Always a job well done with them.Ā
I've never felt good about going to the dentist, after I hit my mid 20s I had dental issues. Aspen dental made me feel comfortable, calm and happy to go. I got my smile back thanks to the team at aspen dental. My kids even enjoy going. Sarah is an amazing hygienist.Ā
I have never had this much fun at a dentists office. I always go in and come out with a smile on my face! The entire staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Currently getting invisalign done so I go there quite often lolĀ
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Enfield! Sarah was my hygienist, she was very thorough and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning by asking how I was doing. Dr. Luu also took the time to explain the procedures and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. They both gave helpful suggestions to how I can improve my dental hygiene. I will definitely return again!Ā
Best experience I ever had at the dentist! Every appointment has been pain free, even my root canal. Entire staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Aspen Dental Enfield and Dr. Luu to anyone especially if you have any anxiety to dental work.Ā
Super friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable so i wasn't nervous. I didn't wait long before being seated and seen by the doctor. She was very thorough and gentle. She explains everything in human terms. The Hygienist also educated me on the importance dental care. I love it here!Ā
After going to another local dentist I liked for over 10 years I changed jobs and aspen dental was the option. My family changed over to aspen In Springfield and after thousands of dollars spent over covered insurances we caught on to them. They aggressively try to sell you toothbrushes toothpaste and antibiotics. My bills were also labeled with wrong or extra work and my insurance had to get involved to correct the issue. I cannot speak lowly enough about this sham of a dentist. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional! They are consistently late getting you in to the appointment; I have been in the waiting room for over an hour. It is very off putting to be required to pay upfront for service/treatments at the beginning of the appointment, prior to even being seen by the hygienist. Absolutely horrible experience. Have had active infection for over a month. My original dentist died, the new dentist wouldnāt prescribe me antibiotics because new dentist hasnāt seen me. Everytime I called they had no record of me calling. The surgeon is only there once a month and my time was changed 4 times and they day of surgery I was supposed to go in at 4pm and they called me @240 saying they need me there in 30 mins because the surgeon needs to leave. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not recommendĀ
