I scheduled for a cleaning and made it clear that’s what I wanted done. I get there on time and all they did was look over my teeth and X-ray them and sell other problems that I had. That I did Not have by the way. I just wanted a cleaning.Its a money hungry company.
My personal experience and opinion: their advertised prices and coupons are 100% fake and are nothing more than bait and switch. They would not honor them. Their price quotes include services that are not necessary and not asked for. There prices are about 60% - 80% to high. Their medical opinion is not based on your medical needs, it is based 100% on money only. The doctors will boldface lie to you ... It was my first visit there. I went to get a tooth pulled and they wrote my bill recommendations at $11,000. NO JOKE!!!!! I was mortified that they would do this. I went there in pain, I left there in pain. NEVER EVER HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ME. The dentist was nice but that's about it...he gets the star.

I was told i needed 4 root canals and 2 extractions. My write up bill was over $13,000. Not being able to afford that I didn't get work done and left upset thinking I'd need dentures. Just went to another dentist and guess what? Those root canals were cavities. My new bill is only $4,000. One of the extractions was actually a root canal. I would have pulled my teeth out and left with partials if I listened to them. So angry about it! Don't trust them, just try to squeeze you for money and don't actually care at all! Born with asthma so I've seen a ton of DentIists in my life so I have experience. I even have 2 dental insurance plans because I want to be covered. I show up at 7:20AM for a 7:30AM appointment for a required "pre-exam" so I can get my teeth cleaned. This is a first and a waste of our time. I sign in and sit down and at 7:45 they call my house and leave a message that I missed my appointment. I had to go to the desk @7:50 to see when I'm up! Now the Upsell... Thank you Aspen Dental Enfield for the chemical burn across my bottom lip. I also greatly appreciate being sent home to "take a Benadryl" because you "have no idea" how this could have happened and it just must be an allergic reaction to something I didn't tell them about. Not to mention that when I called and asked for the "allergic reaction" to be removed from my chart as it was burn, not a reaction, the snobby receptionist told me "ok, so what do you want me to do about it?!".
