Terrible treatment by Dr. Luu. Will never come back. Rude and complete lack of compassion and/or ethics. Went to other dentist in Avon who told me my treatment at Aspen Dental was criminal.
Wish I could give it negative stars. I paid with Care Credit before any work was ever done and then I got bills saying I owed them money. Each time I called about it, they said it was all set. Then they tried sending me to collections!!! I also had issues with the work that was done and when I went for follow ups or to have it checked, they would come in the room and not know why I was there. Do not get any work done here!!!! Horrible customer service, not very good dental work, and no communication.
If I was able to rate it in the negative I would. I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years and wanted to come in as a new patient FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A CLEANING and was told that's what I would be able to do. After wasting over an hour there I was told they would not be doing a cleaning, only an exam. I explained that the ONLY reason I came in was for a cleaning. Run away from this dishonest place as fast as you can. They are So dishonest and will bill anyone and everyone whether it is legal or not. After a nightmare year trying to deal with these people I have contacted the BBB, consumer affairs and and attorney is Next. Seriously.....RUN
