Don't go there. The experience with primary dentist was awful. Changed to different dentist New England Dental and got immediate relief and a realistic plan going forward.Â

Very shady business practicesÂ
These people are the worst. I've been trying to have a crown done- this is the third time I've been back. First, the crown doesn't meet quality control. (They make this stuff overseas). Then it's the wrong color. Just went back for the third time, they didn't even have the crown and no one bothered to call and tell me. Sat for 30 minutes in waiting room as well before they told me it wasn't there.Â
Aspen dental is in the business of ripping off patients. They suck .Â
I've had a root canal without Novocaine and this was still the worst dental experience of my lifetime. Went in for an emergency dental visit and left missing the same filling. Several tasks that went beyond the scope of my visit and served only to bill for unnecessary work while repeatedly ignoring my insistence that I was uninterested in returning to the site for follow up work. Advise new patient what that they ca not treat you in first visit. They just do x-ray and nothing else. They really want you to make more visits so they can get more money from you.Â
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I am young and have a debilitating disease. I’ve never felt mistreated because of it, until today at Aspen Dental in Enfield. My disease involves very rigid muscles and brisk reflexes and due to that, I was unable to tolerate getting the full mouth series of x-rays they plan for each new patient. There were positives, the Hygienist and actual Dentist were great. I was sen on time, but the way I was treated and handled in the beginning almost had me walk out. The simple 2 step process of X-Rays was........, ready ?.....painful ! Enough said. The Dentist was very nice, informative, but offered 2 solutions to my intial problem, and I KNOW there are a few others......MUCH CHEAPER.
