My husband had his appointment scheduled for today since his last cleaning. He got a confirmation email over the weekend along with his reminder card. He arrived for his appointment to be told there was no record of it.

Please don’t go there. I went in for a cleaning and came out with 2 root canals and 3 crowns. They cut into my good tooth which caused me to have to get a root canal and crown. And it still hurts. They are horrible, they only want money. Run away fast and find yourself a REAL dentist. Not a quack in the box.

State they offer a free day of care for veterans and less than 48 hours after the news is released I can't get an appointment a month away 🤬👎

I went and had a upper denture made, which still don't fit right, and my husband had a upper and lower made, and can't wear the lower one. after giving them all this money for this I had a bad bottom tooth that needed to come out, so I made an appointment and went there hoping to get it pulled, but instead they charged me 90.00 just to talk to me and then if I get it done there it would be 300.00 for one tooth. ASPEN STEALS YOUR MONEY THEN IGNORES YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IT BACK.... Aspen Dental Incorrectly billed me and my insurance company on the following dates 5-16-17, 9-18-17, 1-22-18,7-27-18. Each time I was billed for Perio Maintenance instead of a general cleaning, I have never needed nor received Perio Maintenance. I have been working to resolve this issue for months now with Apsen without avail. My insurance has denied coverage for this service due to the fact that i never had nor needed perio work. Although I really like the dentist and hygienist I meet with. I didn't like the store manager or financial person to go over my Bill. Although my insurance cover a good chunk of the total treatment need I still have to pay $800. Although I told her I can't pay for it and won't get approved she still try to get me on a payment plan. At this point I'll either wait to tax time or find another dentist which I don't want to do.

At my first visit I was told I needed to do a deep cleaning which I expected. After the pre screening or whatever they went over the pricing and appointment times. Came to approx $550 I figured tht would have been for the deep cleaning so on my 1st cleaning appointment they did half of my mouth then I had to come back about a week later for the other half. Not happy with their service. Went for a general 6 month cleaning. Arrived, got X-rays, then waited for the hygienist to go over my treatment plan that was around 30 minutes, then waited another 45 minutes at least for the doctor to see me. ONLY went for a cleaning ( which I did not get) that is another visit. All together I arrived there at 11:45 and left at 1:25. Will not be going back. Festus location. Very unorganized.
