I am 57 an have been to many dentist. This was by far my best experience. Highly recommend!
I went to Aspen with a dental emergency and everyone there was amazing. Dr Sonn and all the staff were so compassionate and helpful. Each one went above and beyond in so many ways. Rarely do you go somewhere that all of your needs are met..great price, amazing service, friendly and caring staff but here they met and exceeded every expection I could of had. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. But everyone at Aspen has been so kind and caring. They have been supportive with me through all my fears. As I'm still learning everyone's names,thank you to Missy, Kim, Kelly, Bella, Chandler and all of the staff.

All the girls and Dr. Sonn very friendly staff. They were able to redo the financing so to get initial cleaning done. Chandler, the hygienist, sweet, and an angel.

This place is awful. They didn’t preauthorize with the insurance company and provided unneeded treatment and unapproved treatment and then tried to bill for it. I’ve attempted to contact a manager since January 2023 about my son’s bill and get placed on hold after 30 minutes until the system hangs up on me. I’ve left message after message for the office manager. It is now October 2023. No call back no communication. Insurance is helping to file a grievance since they didn’t pre authorize as should have.
