I wanted to find a dentist I could afford. Aspen dental in festus was the closest one. Made an appointment for my mom who is visiting for 6 months. She broke her temporary partial and had the mold. They advertise dentures and a lab on site. When we arrived the blond receptionist was professional. The brunette however was very unprofessional! She butted in the conversation and kept repeating that they wouldn’t guarantee my 80 year old mothers partial mold and she would have to have exrays , and an exam. Basically it was a good visit, the doctor was nice and very informative and so were the nurses. BUT the front staff is a different story. The receptionist was very unfriendly!! I waited 15 minutes to be talked to about my insurance coverage I told the "receptionist" I had to go and if they could call me about getting my 2 teeth fixed as the doctor recommended. Never did get a call but got a text "saying they are sorry I missed my appointment and to call to reschedule" really! Even if my insurance wasn't going to cover I sho... read more

Front desk person did not acknowledge my arrival. They called me to come in an hour early and I did then I sat. Someone came in after me and got called back so I asked (Someone in the back as desk person walked away). They apologized and called for the desk person that lied to the other person saying she acknowledged me. When I said, no you didnt...she rolled her eyes. My fiance went in there today for an appointment. Arrived 30 minutes before. Then took over an hour & a half and no doctor in sight. I debated making an appointment myself but I have a life, children & other things to do than sit in a dentist chair half the day with no dentist. �

I highly recommend staying away. The staff is awful! The office manager is a joke! Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that cares about you as a person and not about charging you thousands of dollars.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Rude workers, manager was rude too, mad at us that we didn't want to proceed with their recommended follow-up, waited in a room for about an hour just for them to tell us they don't remove wisdom teeth there. Over all very dissatisfied with how we were treated as first time customers. Here's a trick for you, want someone to continue getting procedures done at your establishment for lets say, the next 30 years? Treat them well and with respect.
