Wonderful work very prompt and great staff! I was set with my plans very quickly and then came back for the service, two visits is all!
Initially, I was shocked at how much work they said I needed done. But, it was reasonable, I hadn't gone to the dentist in years. Last time I was in a pit of snakes and butter (j/k). Aspen Dental's staff here was thorough, and led me through the issues. They're reasonable when it comes to finances and scheduling. I just got back from my first set of a few visits to get new fillings. The staff was friendly, competent, and quick. these people are crooks. I paid $3600 up front with $1200 dental insurance. They keep billing me for an additional $1600 without a full statement leaving me with temporary dentures. I have a full estimate for completion of service including permanent dentures but they do respond to my inquiries. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing.
I thought that after I refused the offer they wanted me to do. The whole attitude changed . The whole experience was not what I expected from these professionals. It was more like a bull in a china shop experience. I won’t be back .
